ABOUT

Ann Marie grew up in a quiet beach town south of Boston with a passion for sports and music. In the summer of 2008, after graduating college, she started working as a graphic designer at a college guidebook company followed by a silkscreen shop. Here she expanded on her knowledge of print design and learned how to screen print and operate embroidery machines. During this time, she found herself involved in the local music scene, where she was designing gig posters and album art for local artists and bands on the North Shore.

In 2011 she began working as a graphic designer at Innovative Foto and advanced her career to become Co-Manager of the Marketing & Creative Services Department. Throughout her 6 years with the company, she designed photo booths and managed projects for clients such as Disney, M&M’s World, and the San Diego Zoo.

Ann Marie pivoted in the summer of 2017, stepping away from her cubicle lifestyle to pursue being a flip flop wearing freelance graphic designer. Since then she has been working with local startups designing identity, packaging and collateral. As a result of freelancing, Ann Marie has become more involved in the community and other passion projects, including a committee member of the Salem Arts Festival and a basketball coach for the local YMCA.
