Are you ready to tell your story?

“I don’t know where to start.” I remember laying on the floor in my studio tossing up a small spongy basketball in the air saying that exact phrase to myself. The idea of taking all my design interests, past work, my story and condensing them so they could be easily understood was overwhelming. Then, as I tossed the ball back in the air, I asked myself, “who was I, who did I want to be and why?” and that’s when it all started to become clear. Now, today, clients hire me to design logos, marketing collateral and packaging for their businesses that tell their story and connect with their audience.

Hi there, I’m Ann Marie Catabia. I’m a freelance graphic designer and illustrator of more than 15 years from Massachusetts. I also love basketball and still play to this day, as well as coach at the local YMCA.

If you’re just starting out, not sure what you need and feel confused, or have been in business for a while but just don’t have the tools to do design work yourself, I’d love to help.

Thoughtful Design Solutions

Here’s the thing, you don’t just need a logo or marketing materials.

We need to tell your story. Telling your story and why, is what connects your business and products to your audience.

Your logo, packaging, marketing collateral, etc, are all touch points to your business and story that your audience interacts with. From those interactions, trust, and loyalty are built because they believe in your story and your mission.

When working with me, we dive into your story in order to create thoughtful design solutions that reflect who you are and why customers should choose you.

Peace of Mind

Having uncertainty around what your logo should look like, maybe you’re not sure where to start, or how your company should be represented? No worries, I help navigate and bring clarity to the project resulting in focused design solutions that evoke emotion and make your company stand out.

Responsive and Communicative

Communication is key when we work together. I believe in creating an environment where questions can be asked and answered, steps are clearly laid out, and responses are done in a timely manner.

Hearing my client’s story is one of my favorite parts of the process because their eyes light up when they tell it. I hope I get the opportunity to hear yours!

LET'S DO THIS

Step 1 - Schedule a Free Call

Click the “Schedule a Call” button, fill in the details and submit. I will email you back within 24 hours confirming your free consultation.

Step 2 - Consultation

We jump on a 15-30 min call so I get to know your needs and goals for the project to see if we are the right fit. Next, I will send over a project proposal and design agreement that outlines the project scope and estimated cost. Once signed and the deposit has been received, your project gets scheduled.

Step 3 - Discovery Phase

We have a 1 hour call that’s a deep dive into your company’s story, how you want to be presented and talk about colors, styles, etc.

Step 4 - Mood Board (for identity project)

I compile a deck for us to review based on the Discovery call that captures ideas for color palette, fonts, and logo styles. Once this deck is approved it becomes our guide as we make our way through the logo design process.

Step 5 - Design Rounds

I develop concept options for the project. One is then chosen for us to revise into the final solution.

Step 6 - Final Deliverable

Once the design has been finalized, I provide the final deliverable files for the project to you, that have been outlined in the design agreement, along with an invoice for the project balance.
